Product Spotlight

Silver alginate dressing is a fibrous, highly absorbent, all-natural biodegradable material derived from seaweed
Highly absorbent up to 20 times its weight
The dressing absorbs exudates and forms a gel-like covering over the wound, which maintains a moist environment for optimal wound healing
The gel-like surface also keeps the dressing from adhering to the wound, which makes dressing removal painless
Metallic silver particles inhibit the growth of Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria within the dressing material
Each dressing contains 50ug/100cm metallic silver particles
