Medical supplies (gloves, syringes, non-Rx devices) are sold B2B to businesses with a standard wholesale account nationwide. Prescription (Rx) products are sold only to licensed healthcare businesses after credentialing — not to patients, and not on a personal doctor's prescription.

• Medical supplies: any business that completes a wholesale account (nationwide). No Rx license required for non-Rx catalog items.
• Rx / pharmaceuticals: credentialed healthcare businesses (hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, infusion centers, and similar) after our compliance team reviews licenses and related documents. Rx ships only into our 17 licensed states.
• Rx is not available to: individual consumers, patients, or businesses that cannot meet Rx credentialing requirements.

USA MedPremium keeps these paths separate so supplies-only buyers can start quickly, while Rx buyers work with a DSCSA-compliant authorized trading partner.

How Licensed Clinics Purchase Rx Products Wholesale from USA MedPremium

USA MedPremium sells prescription (Rx) products wholesale to licensed clinics in four steps: confirm we are licensed for Rx in your state, apply for a wholesale account, let our compliance team verify your licenses, then order for facility use and keep the DSCSA records that ship with every order.

How it works at USA MedPremium:

1. Confirm we are licensed for Rx in your state (17 states listed below) or start with medical supplies if you only need non-Rx.
2. Apply for a wholesale account and submit credentials; our compliance team verifies before Rx activation.
3. Order through your approved B2B account.
