This policy summarizes how DGK Brother Investments LLC d/b/a USA MedPremium ships orders and handles returns. The Sales Terms & Conditions control if anything here conflicts.
Shipping
- Standard shipping and handling are set by your account terms or shown on the invoice. Extra fees may apply for expedited, cold chain, hazardous, bulk, drop-ship, or shipments outside the contiguous United States.
- Orders below our minimum may include a handling fee. A fuel surcharge may apply.
- For bulk deliveries, title and risk of loss pass when the goods arrive at the agreed location, except supplier drop-ships, which follow the supplier's terms.
- Request proof of delivery within 60 days of the invoice date. Report shipment discrepancies (wrong item or quantity) within 10 days of the invoice date. Pricing or payment disputes must be raised before the invoice due date. Claims after those windows are waived.
Returns and refunds
- A return is accepted only with prior authorization from USA MedPremium customer service. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to you at your expense.
- Return requests must be made within 7 business days of the carrier marking the package delivered.
- Full credit is issued only for our shipping error, a documented recall, or a defective item we confirm.
- Pharmaceutical and other regulated products are not returnable. Sales of those items are final except where a statute requires otherwise. Refrigerated or frozen goods, custom or special-order items, opened, damaged, expired, or marked products, and items labeled non-returnable are not eligible for credit.
- All other sales are final. Any credit on an eligible return is at our sole discretion and may be reduced for restocking, freight, or condition.
Damaged or defective shipments
Contact us immediately at +1-786-305-5899 or support@usamedpremium.com with your order number and photos. We may replace or credit a confirmed defect or our error. Do not return product until we issue an authorization.
