Designed for use with Architect Immunoassay Analyzers, the ARCHITECT Syphilis TP assay utilizes advanced chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay (CMIA) technology for the qualitative detection of antibodies (IgG and IgM) against Treponema pallidum, the bacterium responsible for syphilis, in human serum and plasma.
Kit Contents: The package includes Microparticles coated with TP (E.coli, recombinant) antigen (1 x 6.6 mL), a Conjugate composed of Murine anti-IgG/anti-IgM acridinium-labeled conjugate in MES buffer with protein (bovine) stabilizer (1 x 5.9 mL), and Syphilis TP Assay Diluent (MES buffer) for optimized test performance.
