SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms
USA MedPremium (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by DGK Brother Investments LLC d/b/a USA MedPremium, provides text message communications to customers who have opted in to receive them. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting during checkout, via your account profile, or verbally to our customer service team, you agree to the terms below.
Program description
USA MedPremium sends transactional and customer service text messages to opted-in B2B customers. Messages may include order confirmations, shipment updates, account-related notifications, and responses to inquiries you initiate. We do not send marketing or promotional content via SMS.
How to opt in
You may opt in to receive SMS communications by:
- Checking the SMS consent box during checkout on usamedpremium.com
- Updating your SMS preferences from your account profile
- Verbally confirming consent with our customer service team
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, orders, and inquiries. You should not expect a fixed number of messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier for pricing details.
How to opt out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS communications unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers
SMS is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile information collected for SMS purposes is used solely to deliver the communications described above.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold or rented. We may share information with service providers solely as necessary to deliver SMS messages on our behalf (for example, our SMS gateway provider, Twilio), under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Eligibility
SMS communications are available only to customers in the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or email to opted-in customers.
