Restraint straps hold head cushions in place and adhere to hook and loop material on the back of the board
The octagons are open in the center to allow restraint of taller children
The octagons roll on the supports to permit isocentric rotation at any angle (marked every 5 degrees)
Removing one or both supports, the device can be positioned directly on the table top every 45 degrees
