StemPro™ Osteogenesis Differentiation Kit has been developed for the osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in tissue culture vessels
The kit contains all reagents required for inducing MSCs to be committed to the osteogenesis pathway and generate immature and mature osteocytes
Using StemPro™ Osteogenesis Differentiation Kit in combination with MesenPRO RS™ Medium or StemPro™ MSC SFM provides a standardized culture workflow solution for MSC isolation, expansion and differentiation into mineralized matrix-producing osteocytes
This kit is shipped in two parts with separate storage requirements: StemPro™ Osteocyte/Chondrocyte Differentiation Basal Medium (100 ml; store in the dark at 2°C to 8°C), StemPro™ Osteogenesis Supplement (10 ml; store in the dark at -5°C to -20°C)
The Basal Medium ships at room temperature, while the Supplement ships on dry ice
