Designed for use with BacT/ALERT® Microbial Detection Systems, the BacT/ALERT® PF Plus Culture Bottles are pivotal in qualitative procedures aimed at the recovery and detection of aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms, including bacteria and yeast, directly from blood samples.
The BacT/ALERT® PF Plus Culture Bottles are color-coded yellow for easy identification and come pre-filled with 30 mL of a complex medium optimized for microbial growth, along with ≥1.6 Gram of adsorbent polymeric beads to enhance microorganism detection.
