Units covered under this Annual Repair Service program are shipped via ground transport, inspected, repaired, and shipped via ground transport back to the customer
ARP can be added each year up to 5 years from date of purchase
Available for units located within the Continental United States
A covered system must be shipped to the specified repair faility in a TacMed Simulation storage case, if you use any other packaging it will be rejected
During inspection, any parts that demonstrate failure or potential failure will be replaced
