Specifically designed for use with Alinity i analyzers, the Alinity i Anti-HBc Calibrator ensures accurate calibration for the qualitative detection of IgG and IgM antibodies to hepatitis B core antigen (anti-HBc).
This calibrator is essential for the precise operation of the Alinity i Anti-HBc Reagent Kit, providing reliable results in hepatitis B diagnostics.
To ensure optimal accuracy, Calibrator 1 is run in triplicate, allowing the Alinity i analyzer to calculate the cutoff Relative Light Units (RLU) based on the mean RLU of three replicates.
