USA MedPremium Shipping and Returns Policy
1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Shipping Locations:
We ship to all 50 states of the USA. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
1.2 Shipping Costs:
Standard shipping is free for orders over $1000. For orders under $1000, a flat rate of $9.99 applies. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at an additional cost.
1.3 Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.4 Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package’s progress.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Return Period:
Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
2.2 Return Conditions:
- Products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
- Products that are damaged or used may not be eligible for a return or may incur a restocking fee.
2.3 Return Process:
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the product securely and include the RMA number on the package.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
If you wish to exchange a product, please specify the desired product in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
2.6 Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.
